Zambia IDEALS Project pairs up with World Headquarters

Saturday 10^th March saw Zambia IDEALS Project pair up with World Headquarters nightclub in Newcastle for a fundraising extravaganza.

Organised by Zambia 2012 staff member Stephanie Romero, the fundraiser saw WHQ play host to a night of dancing, fundraising and all round good times.

It was the first time that World Headquarters had been involved with the project and Tom Caulker owner of WHQ commented,

'Where possible we always try to help charitable organisations and when Stephanie approached me I was happy to help. It was a great night and I'm pleased that we could help a worthwhile cause.'

Stephanie added, ‘World Headquarters is one of my favourite nightclubs and I really respect what it stands for so it was the natural choice. Everyone was so generous on the night, it really was a massive success story.'

In total the event raised £415 from wristband sales and bucket shaking that will go towards the fundraising target for the project for this year.
