Team Northumbria completed an historic hoops double this afternoon after defeating London Westside 101-51 in the EBL Division Two playoff final.
The victory followed TN's title win and completes a memorable year for baskteball fans on Tyneside.
Parent club Newcastle Eagles have already completed a BBL treble this season.
And TN will bring back a fifth piece of hoops silverware to Sport Central under the stewardship of Division Two Coach of the Year Marc Steutel.
Star man Kevin Wollbrinck bagged a rare triple double of 19 points, 14 rebounds and 10 assists - bagging six steals for good measure.
Siman Stewart led all scorers with 25 points. And gutsy Jamie Glen again proved his worth with an all-round masterclass - claiming nine points, six boards, eight assists and three blocks.
